A story from the past....

I was going through a few of my Facebook notes and thought I should post this one here. It's from February of 2008, but it's a funny story, and I don't want to forget it.

"Turkish vs Turkey
Okay, so I pull my car into work today and all of a sudden turkey’s start coming out of the woodwork! They climb into the trees, and I am too afraid to pass them to get into work. So I wait in my car until someone else comes so I can walk in with them.

Finally, this guy pulls in, and I’m like, “I’m sorry, I don’t know you, but I’m really afraid of the turkeys, could I please walk in with you?” He’s like “Sure, no problem.” So we’re walking in and he starts talking to me so I’m not paying attention to the turkeys that are like, two feet away from me. He asked me if I was from around here, I told him that I’ve grown up in Midland. So I asked him where he was from. He replied, “Oh, I’m from Turkey!” I just busted out laughing. So when we got inside the building, I thanked the guy from Turkey for saving me from the turkeys!

Yeah, so I found out what his name really is!
Tuncay (It's pronounced Tune-Chi)."
