Yummy 92 Calorie Chocolate Chip Cookies


Place the following ingredients in a mixing bowl:

1/2 cup (or one stick) of blue bonnet light butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
...3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar substitute (I used "ideal" it's for baking)

Mix very well.

Add the following:

1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 package of nestle semi-sweet chocolate chunks

Use a tablespoon amount of dough and place 9 dollops on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Repeat until all the dough is gone.
This recipe should make two dozen cookies. Also, the cookies spread quite a bit, so make sure leave enough room. Last, make sure they cool for a bit on the pan, or you won't be able to get them off in one piece.
